Walking stick in full Art Deco style. The knob is made of boxwood, blond in colour, finely carved and describes concentric arcs of various sizes. On the front surface of the knob, between the concentric curves, there is a naked woman running, her back arched, her muscular legs following the right angle of the handle, with her hair gathered. The girl’s hairstyle presents Gold ring and snakewood shaft and dark bovine horn ferule. The work is by Albert Reiman(1874-1972). Sculptor, founder of the Reimann School in Berlin, the first German school dedicated to commercial design, preceding the Bauhaus. Signed. Berlin, Germany circa 1925.
