A pair of Grand tour obelisks, made out of lacquered wood emulating Black Belgian marble and gilt brass elements. Four gilt brass spheres are the feet, than a parallelepiped base with painted emulating ‘Rosso Antico’ marble elements decorated with gold painted frame. The front one shows a floral gold painted decoration. Four gilt brass spheres holding the obelisk. At the top a brass gilt sphere and point. Italy circa 1870.
