Over the wooden painted base is set the chalk cast of the young head of Furetti Centaur. The original sculpture is in Rome Musei Capitolini, the sculpture was made from 2 Turkish artists: Arista and Papias. They worked for the Emperor Adrian. Cast for drawing teaching in Academy. Italy circa 1890.
