Folk art walking stick: one piece of carved walnut wood. The plane shaft rise plain, and opens wide in a L shape, to emulate a seat. Over it is seated Mr. Punch, fully detailed, with the shoes, socks, stripped dress, collar and beret. The hunchback is underlined on the back, as well as the caricatured big nose and chin. England 1870 ca.
