English Folk art walking stick carved and sculpted in walnut wood. The stem is smooth and opens to emulate a seat. On this sits Mr. Punch, rich in detail, with shoes, socks, vertical striped robe, pleated collar and cap. The hump is emphasized in the back, as is the large caricatural nose and chin. England circa 1870.
