A Wunderkammer natural specimen. Cut off branches of Mediterranean Rubrum coral, mounted on an early golden painted wooden and bronze XVIII century base, depicting a vase. The coral sample fan shape is mounted over a slice of slate of oval shape. Italy 1850.
