Small rectangular tray with a chromed metal frame and twisted or ribbed Murano glass with brass corners. It features heavy glasswork, with flowing, concentric grooves framing the structure. The tray has a mirrored base. The glass is handmade, blown, and transparent. Designed by Tommaso Barbi, an iconic figure in Italian interior design, particularly renowned for his work in the 1960s and 1970s. Designed and produced in Murano, Italy, between 1960 and 1969.
