Over a round foot that rise with a central element with moved profile is connected the brass half meridian, which holds at the ends the metal axe of the globe. The wooden base is dark brown color. The globe is made out of papier-machè and shows the cartouche of the maker Newton, cleaned and restored. London 1820 ca.
